+1 and add my thanks to AshLin.  I was just discussing the question Anirudh
raises with the India Programs team 12 hours ago.  There are different
discussions to be had wrt helping young/new editors integrate into the
en:wp community. It would be good to pilot some localized
outreach/mentorship approaches to see what works (and then share that
across the country and beyond).
