The one-pager developed at GLAMcamp DC (by a team led by Andrew Lih) is now
available on Commons:

As mentioned, this was specifically created for museum professionals in
order to dial into a specific audience. It is hoped, however, to create
future versions for archivists, librarians, etc.

Other goals include creating versions in an open source program such as
scribus, and having translations made of these documents.
