Screen sharing options are numerous, https://join.me allows sharing screen,
even https://ustream.tv allows video casting, There is an Open source
service called http://www.bigbluebutton.org which is effective for virtual
classes, but when you talk about an interactive audio-video 2 way system in
one platform google hangout is handy, but, everyone please suggest if any
other standalone apps available which allows something which solves the
purpose.

But, we can try out few demo sessions before the actual event to ascertain
to avoid problems during the session.
