Seriously? Chapter is having money which is collected from WMF (Donation
drive.) Chapter should be 'financially accountable' to overall community.

There are hopes from CIS, as they have decent background. Additionally they
have received WMF Funding(Again money which comes via donations).

I can see CIS employee active on other thread - It seems even CIS is least
interested abt clarifications and transperency?
