When you say that you have added labels for 2000 data items, did you notice
that the work you have done affected later items positively? Is there a
specific context that you work on ?

What would help you being more effective adding labels for either Tamil or
Hindi?

The labels that have their own relevance are the labels used on statements.
Do you work on them as well.. They help with the automated disambiguation
that is used in Search and the Reasonator.
