As a co-founder of the chapter, I also share your concerns. I had a brief phone conversation with Moksh Juneja, President, WMIN couple of days ago. I shared my concerns and requested him to take necessary steps to complete the regulatory requirements like audit, FCRA report submission, membership renewals, elections at the earliest. I also alerted him about the deadline for letter of intent for FDC participation for the next year <http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikimedia-l/2014-May/072308.html>(date revised to Jun 8, 2014), if the WMIN is to continue with FDC process. I offered my help to the extent possible. Moksh responded positively. As all the Executive Committee members have signed the code of conduct of the chapter <http://wiki.wikimedia.in/File:Wmin_ec_codeofconduct.pdf> which specifically mandates them to conduct the chapter affairs consistent with its purpose and to advance Chapter's interests and also makes them accountable to general body and community, I hope that EC takes prompt action in this regard.
