May I request you to create a project page for this at http://wiki.wikimedia.in/Projects ? Then, we can discuss and develop the details of this idea in Meta (please suggest if there is another appropriate forum). Once we finalize the details, we can get it rolling in the beginning with few Wikimedians for the pilot phase. Based on the metrics for this, we can iterate and improve. Ravi
