Thanks Sudhanwa jee for asking me to comment here.

I know Maithili and worked for Maithili Desktop with project like Fedora,
Firefox, Libreoffice, Gnome, KDE. I am also associate with Maithili
wikipedia process.

Amir also asked me for the feedback weeks before. This language is Maithili
and I know the community working in Maithili Wikipedia.  I think, Maithili
Wikipedia creation should be approved.
