Applications are open until Monday 16 February 2015 23:59 UTC. A scholarship will the cost of an individual's round-trip travel, shared accommodation, and conference registration as arranged by the Wikimedia Foundation. Applicants will be rated using a pre-determined selection process and selection criteria by the Scholarship Committee, who will determine which are successful.
