Is there a log or minutes of that meeting? What was agreed?
I think the idea in collecting the "diff" against the UK version was not
that those articles will be added to _an existing ZIM file_, but that a
_new ZIM file_ will be generated (as Emmanuel notes, it's the only way),
based on the UK _list_ plus (i.e. union-with) your list.
