A London central page already seems to exist at http:// 
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/London . There's also a rather  
old page on Meta for this, at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/ 
Future_UK_meetups . Perhaps these three should all be merged  
together, to avoid too much wikibureaucracy?
