We are currently putting together the programme for the chapter's AGM on 24th April. Alongside the planned discussions and presentations - the Wikimedia track of the Open Knowledge Conference - we need to do the formal business of the AGM including reports and motions.
At the moment we have the following items on the agenda: 1. Presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts 2. Election of the new board, including hustings 3. Administrative motions, such as setting membership fees for the forthcoming year If there are any other administrative motions you would like to propose, please could you do so on the wiki at http://uk.wikimedia.org/wiki/Meetings/2010_AGM/Motions or by emailing secretary (at) wikimedia.org.uk. Motions must be proposed and seconded by members of the chapter. The final date for submitting motions is 23:59 on 19 March, so that they can be sent out with the notice of the meeting.
