Oh yes - Wikisource has stuff to load and the museum have offered 10,000 pictures for commons.
This is a "Quid pro quo" deal Mike's stuff looks interesting. I also searched ODNB for "Monmouth" and found so many with some tenuous connection to Monmouth under "B" that I stopped looking. Lots of people went to school in Monmouth as there are two posh schools there who trained "people for the empire" 100 years ago and quite a few notables.
