London or Cardiff as a Wikiproject?

I  found many geo-specific projects (including Cardiff on the English 
Wikipedia)......

P.S. I prefer OpenStreetMap ....... since Google Maps have wonderfully 
wrong information that you cannot fix (point of interest type things etc).
