may be shipped today (27th, see edit summary in the history). A fair amount
of editing has gone on in the past three or four days. But the view on the
CIPR TV spot was that it was on the long side - exactly what you'd expect
from a document developed wiki-style, with 2 cents times 25 coming to half
a dollar.

Has anyone done a "tough" edit for concision? Needs to retain the good
sense while killing verbiage. A community member, therefore, would be best
at that.
