Would you be able to share a bit more about the train the trainers event's outcomes, and the overall goal of it? (The linked page seems to be written in a future tense, and I admit, I got a bit confused at times when "trainer" was used more than 3-4 times in the same sentence... Who were the external consultants involved in this workshop? How many people did end up going out of the ones who signed up? What is the status and future plans with the syllabus that was meant as an outcome?) And a minor point, your developer would be working among other things on your "event organisation systems". Would you be able to describe a bit what systems you use or would like to use, and what kind of experience you have with them (they are obviously not perfect yet if you need a developer)?
