Great! :) this is excellent to see.

Everyone; when I helped put together these policies it was a matter of
urgency to be ready for the fundraiser. So as Katherine notes there is
likely to be a lot we can change and improve on. We filled a gap as it was
required, and now have more time to get them right.

The more input on these the better they will be!
