Thanks Richard!

As you can see on the wiki, there are five high-level goals in this
iteration of the plan.

Before discussing targets, metrics, and methods it's important that we get
a shared understanding of what our goals are. I.e. how, at the high level,
is the world going to be a different place because Wikimedia UK is here?

These are the draft goals;

* Empower volunteers

   - Develop volunteer base
   - Support technical development
   - Increase diversity of participation
   - Enable content improvement

Do have a look and either bring your thoughts to the AGM or let us know
on-wiki! Thanks,

Chris
