I wanted to announce the creation of a new mailing list for Scottish Wikimedians. This is part of an attempt to bring together existing Scottish Wikimedians and encourage new contributors to participate in what we hope will be an increasingly active Wikimedia community in Scotland.
With the WiR-ship at the National Library of Scotland, and the possibility of more WiRs at other organisations in Scotland, there should be many more events and much more activity throughout the country, and we're hoping that this mailing list will lead to even more growth.
