The procedure whereby the comments get consolidated (if they do) isn’t clear at the moment, but since there seems rather little disagreement so far, that may not matter. Perhaps the comments can just go in as they are posted. WMUK has not so far taken a formal position on the questions, although a few UK community members have already lodged personal responses. Before we can make a decision, we will need to know what the final version looks like. Alternatively, WMYUK could file a separate response on its own initiative. I could prepare a draft if that would be useful, based on the answers I intend to file anyway.
