Not the same conference, alas. But I will invite the festival organiser along to Wikimania. It will give him a sense of the kind of things that can be arranged.
It's good to see so much interest in this. Once I have some more details I'll invite the festival organiser in for a coffee and to meet some folks form the community with a view to getting an event page up on the wiki. If my memory serves me correctly the festival and conference are in October / November. More to follow later.
