I would like to propose two simple expectations for moderation of this list: 1. Where a post is rejected from a regular contributor some feedback is given to explain what the issue is. 2. An appeal process is defined.
In the current set up, I am seeing email disappear without explanation. It is not a process that encourages reconciliation or improvement, just disenfranchisement.
