English Heritage is apparently running guided tours this summer: http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/daysout/properties/apethorpe-palace/ <http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/daysout/properties/apethorpe-palace/> It's a bit too far for me to get to as a solo day-trip (it's a ~250-mile round-trip from Manchester), but if anyone in the Manchester area/en-route wants to share petrol costs then I'd be willing to give it a go. But it might be a bit easier for London-based people to get to? Or perhaps we could email them to ask if they could release some of their images under a free license?
