My interpretation of the rules is that it would be paid editing so you would have to declare who is paying you on your user page or edit summary or the talk page for pages you edit
Paid editing by glam staff about their institutions is frowned on as COI - conflict of interest - but editing articles in your area of expertise is generally not COI. Editing stuff about your collection is generally not COI but be careful. Look at contributing to Commons and wikidata as well as English Wikipedia.
