Back when I was Head of Outreach at the House of Lords, I can remember an
Information Committee meeting (made up of members of the House, but I was
present), where Lord Puttnam - producer of Local Hero, Chariots of Fire and
Bugsy Malone, among many others - was pushing for Select Committee meetings
and other Parliamentary proceedings to be filmed and publicly available.
It's possible that he might be a good internal advocate for you?
