Dear all As you may have heard, following the Wikimedia Foundation board's veto of the proposed Wikimedia Movement Charter last summer, they tasked the WMF staff team to explore three pilot initiatives relating to different areas of the Foundation's work, including grantmaking. As a result, a new interim Global Resource Distribution Committee is being established, *with a call for members open until 25th February.*
