generally speaking you can always refer such cases to:

and suggest they post on:

Perhaps it is worth adding those links to the WMUK contact page?

In such cases, it is worth referring the enquirer to:

   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Scam_warning

which advises them how to report the matter.
