On recent WALRUS calls we have discussed Strategy 2030 recommendations. The
WMF strategy team have asked groups to rank the priorities ahead of the
upcoming November global conversations.

For WALRUS, I've drafted 4 recommendations below, which are also listed on
the meta page. We need to submit this by Monday, November 16 so your input
and feedback is appreciated.
