it sounds exciting that you're so interested in rolling out Wiki Loves
Monuments even broader. I would encourage you to share those thoughts at an
early stage through the general WIki Loves Monuments mailing list:
https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikilovesmonuments  That way
others know about it too, and can help or advise and share their
experiences.

As a sidenote: in case you would need a mailing list for a country's
WLM-organization (not idea how suitable WikimediaZA mailing list is for
that) please let me know, because I could probably get you one on
lists.wmnederland.nl .
