I've also updated the list of directors at http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_South_Africa/Directors to note that Kerryn and Ian have resigned. I'm not quite sure how to put it, and what the status is of a director who has resigned - I'm open to suggestions. Lastly, I've tried to bring our page on meta up to date, but it's a work in progress.
