Good afternoon A quick update regarding our meeting on Saturday. By now the details have been finalized and everything can be found on Meta: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_South_Africa/AGM1. Nobody showed interest in making use of electronic voting, as those who cannot attend the meeting made use of the proxy appointments. Some of these appointments have already been received. I will post these documents to the board list, as it contains private information that should not be placed on a public list. After the meeting we will report back to keep everyone updated on the discusses. Thank you to everyone who contributed to getting everything in place for this meeting.
