The date for the event is 19th March. We’re still looking to find an experienced Wikipedian. If anybody is interested to volunteer, please let us know. The volunteer would basically assist the event organizer (who happens to be less experienced with Wikipedia) provide a short How-To-Edit-Wikipedia training for the participants of the event.
