The problem that I have with the Code of Conduct is simple: it is senseless to tie down registered users wit a Code of Conduct and allow other users to continue working with a IP address only in their merry way. Do away with IP-address users and the Code of conduct might have a use. 99% of the problems on the Afrikaans Wiki is caused by users with IP-address only.
