To support our expanding operations, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities As our Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our day-to-day operations efficient. Your responsibilities will include: - Communication & Support: Responding to emails, handling general enquiries knowledgeably, and drafting professional correspondence. Providing general support to management and the board. - Administration & Filing: Managing virtual filing systems, record-keeping, data entry, document preparation, and reporting. - Calendar & Meetings: Scheduling meetings, aligning stakeholder calendars, ensuring efficient coordination, and hosting/presenting virtual meetings. - Financial Tracking: Capturing and maintaining our finance tracker, tracking monetary savings, and conducting monthly audits of the finance tracker against the General Ledger. - Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating suppliers, service providers, and partners. - Ad-hoc Tasks: Taking on ad-hoc tasks as delegated by management to support the team. Key Requirements & Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Must be a South African citizen. - Matric certificate (required); a relevant qualification in Administration is preferred. - Proven working experience in an administration or office support role (references will be requested). Financial/admin task experience is a strong plus. Skills & Attributes: - Comfortable using the Google Workspace suite. - Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and great communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and comfortably navigate ambiguity. - A team player with a can-do attitude and a teachable spirit. - Ability to understand required information and relay feedback knowledgeably. Remote Work Readiness: - This is a remote position. You must have access to good internet speed and a reliable backup power solution or alternative location to remain online during power disruptions.
