The CSV link is not available for a public recurrent report. These are the reports that you make by checking the big note on the report creation screen. There is a second way to make a report public. First make a normal non-recurrent report, then click its green icon from My Reports once it succeeds. The icon will turn orange and the lock will open. That means this report is public. However, for now, public report links will be JSON. If you need CSV, please ask and we'll prioritize it :) >> Thank you for your work on this!
