Hoi,
At one time the censor decided to chop of the "nasty" bits from Roman and
Greek statues, the Vatican museum proves how much damage censors have done
in the past. The good news is that this is in your face censorship. I hope
that this shoots these nasties in the foot by providing a backlash against
these indiscriminate censorship. At the same time, there is a good
opportunity for people to realise how important Wikipedia is to them and
this may benefit the WMF financially and the fight against indiscriminate
censorship.
