Changing the title of the article "Muhammad" to "Hazrat Muhammad" or
using the honorific in the introduction to the article would be
inappropriate. However, as with "PBUH" a section in the article
"Muhammad" could address those usages and contain links to them. The
basic principle is to maintain neutrality; however, as specific instances
are considered common sense needs to be the guide. Mother Teresa, an
Albanian Christian, is commonly known by that name worldwide. Her actual
name, Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu, is obscure.
