I wrote my complaint there but they all violate`Criteria for speedy
deletion`, `Deletion policy` and `Talk page guidelines` so they defend
each other.

This is a very old list, I don't think it is used very often and not really
for discussions.
Most problems can be solved from within the Wikipedia community. Please try
an Administrator noticeboard on Arabic Wikipedia. I found this, I hope the
Arabic formatting works in the link.
