Hi!

The Guadeloupe Creole language is already configured on the Incubator for
writing test encyclopedic articles, and on translatewiki.net for
translating the user interface. In both places, there has been very little
activity, but if there will be activity there by multiple people, it will
eventually become a full-fledged Wikipedia, like the ones in Haitian
Creole, French Guianese Creole, etc.

You can find more information about doing this on the following links:
* https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Manual
* https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:How_to_start_a_new_Wikipedia
* https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Language_committee/Handbook_(requesters)

Also, where did you see that you should send an email about this topic to
this particular mailing list?
