The Universal Code of Conduct
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Universal_Code_of_Conduct> (UCoC) provides
a baseline of acceptable behavior for the entire Wikimedia movement. The
UCoC and the Enforcement Guidelines were written by volunteer-staff
drafting committees

following community consultations. The revised guidelines were published 24
January 2022.

ratification process

where eligible voters can support or oppose the adoption of the enforcement
