Does anyone know what's the impact of FlaggedRevisions on Wikiquote? Only ru and de have adopted it, and statistics don't seem encouraging: «The average review delay for pages with edits pending review is 209d 16h» on ru (https://ru.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:ValidationStatistics ), 185d 4h on de (https://de.wikiquote.org/wiki/Spezial:Markierungsstatistik); luckily it applies on to a fraction of articles. ru.wiki has similar stats (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ValidationStatistics ; cf. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Markierungsstatistik ) but this didn't seem to stop its well-known increase in activity.
