[Wikiquote-l] Thousands of new articles on fr.quote

In the last 3 months, the French Wikiquote has more than doubled its 
number of articles.

Some investigation showed that this is because of the 4000+ articles 
created by this user: 
<https://toolserver.org/~nikola/articlesby.php?user=Clelie+Mascaret&lang=fr&wiki=wikiquote>
Apparently, she's creating a theme article for each and every word, by 
adding to them all the quotations which contain that word, or at the 
very least by applying very loose selection criteria if any. This is
