I had called Nehal immediately after seeing his mail. I have also explained in detail about the provisions and options for the pictures uploadable onto Wikimedia eco-system.
In fact, Nehal seems to be in a position to facilitate releasing a bulk load of images presently controlled / copyrighted by his state government. What he needs is some expert advice / assistance on how to go about it in the most proper way. Vishnu, could you please look into this matter?
