Just to mention something obvious: proofread procedure means that Commons is hosting images of potentially offensive texts. Some time ago, I personally posted into Commons a pro-slavery, interesting (IMHO) text. It must make clear that such "images of texts" (ie, djvu/pdf files and usual image files used for book illustrations) have to be excluded from any filtering. Is this possible? Alex
