If you are referring to Nikerabbit's presentation I did attend it and it was in
weird slot if you were super interested in collaborative translation in
general. Not in such a weird spot if you were interested in full accessibility
for non-English communities to MediaWiki software. Which was really more what
the presentation seemed to be about. If there was another translation
presentation besides these two, I am very sorry to have overlooked it.
I am not sure what exactly use case you are referring to. I attended both
presentations with the same use case in mind. The translation of full documents
in a collaborative environment and with the hope of finding tools that would be
an easy adjustment for those accustomed to ProofreadPage. The tiki wiki tool
seemed far more applicable to my mind.
