Hi! I don't know if it's possible to mix the two extensions (I haven't try), but I don't think it'll work without changes in code of these extensions because both of them use customised edition forms and there may be some conflict between them.
An other point: I don't think it's possible to install Semantic Forms to a WMF wiki because Semantic MediaWiki doesn't match deployment criteria (it's what the WMW staff said me some years ago).
