I proposed a track or conference in North America for Wikisource training and 
discussion.  Would welcome support or other feedback here:

That page is at an "IdeaLab" space for blue-sky proposals.  If people agree on 
the idea it will be feasible to apply for funding from WMF for travel, etc.  --
