Hi, Good idea.
In France, I've ask to some people in Wikimedia France but nobody was really interrested and it's a bit too late (plus WLM was really exhausting again this year and it's not exactly over). Nonetheless, we are doing a day to celebrate the anniversary in Rennes (Bretagne) with some wikimedians (and hopefully some french and breton wikisourcerers) at the Rennes public library. We will do both edit-a-thon on Wikipédia and upload some texte from the already digitize library (and correct them obviously but it take times to correct pages on Wikisource).
