The Score extension was activate months ago. We've done some pages in last April on the french wikisource : https://fr.wikisource.org/wiki/Page:Barzaz_Breiz,_huiti%C3%A8me_%C3%A9dition.djvu/641 The Lilypond syntax is a bit complicated in itself and there is still some bugs in the Mediawiki extension (plus Mediawiki use an old version : Lilypond 2.12.3 instead of the lastest version 2.17… I've been tricked few times with that). It could be nice to have a taskforce team to help with the Lilypond syntax and the Score extension (the documentation is pretty good but very long: it can take quite some time to find the right information).
