Thanks a lot for this beginning!

A detail: as explained in [1] the installation/configuration instructions 
should remains in the Extension: page. So I think that "Setup and software 
requirements" and "Custom namespaces setup" sections should be moved to the 
extension page. I have already merged the first one and the second one contains 
obsolete informations (the namespaces configuration should be done using 
$wgProofreadPageNamespaceIds as explained in [2]).
